Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Syracuse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We had a great time at Mumbai Crust. The spicy potato dosa was exceptional. I wish I ordered more dosas. The chili chicken pizza was great as well. All the toppings were excellent. Great chicken, cheese, veg and sauce. Good spice. My only critique is that the crust is only average. It's too thick to be considered thin crust and not thick enough to be a nice chewy bready crust. It's kind of in the middle. The gentleman who took our order and brought our food out was also very kind and enthusiastic and offered good recommendations. If we lived in Syracuse, this would definitely be a place we come to often. It'll just have to remain a special occasion meal. Would recommend anyone who wants to try some good and creative fusion cuisine.

We stopped at this place for lunch and the pizza and Dosa was incrediblely delicious πŸ˜‹. We had the spring Dosa and we loved the coconut sauce. Their pizza dough was tender with crisp crust. We recommend to try this place.

I had seen a review of the restaurant several months ago and was intrigued, finally driving across town this weekend, bringing my kids with me (one adventurous eater, one slowly expanding palette). Ordered the chili chicken pizza and a "build your own" with pepperoni, salami, sausage, bacon bits to make sure we were covered. The chili chicken pizza came out first and looked like a party with the colors from the chicken, green peppers, and red onions on a generous portion of cheese. It was great. Chicken had a good flavor (the less adventurous kid liked it) and the chili sauce had a little spice and pleasant heat that stayed with you between bites without being excessive. Crust was slightly thicker than a traditional NY style, which was great to help hold up all the toppings. Second pizza came out piping hot a couple minutes later and calling the amount of toppings "generous" would be an understatement. While their menu said "bacon bits", they were small pieces of bacon, not the dehydrated "bacon bits" normally seen as a salad topper. Again, lots and lots of toppings and again, excellent pizza. (It later proved to be very good cold out of the fridge, too.) A restaurant mod

Service was prompt and efficient, with ample seating space both inside and around the restaurant. Parking was hassle-free, and the staff were courteous and well-trained. While the ambiance was average and the menu presentation could use a visual upgradeβ€”perhaps a digital board with enticing pizza imagesβ€”the food more than made up for it. The butter chicken pizza was absolutely phenomenal, bursting with flavor in every bite. The dosa was equally impressive. Despite minor shortcomings, the taste alone earns this place a strong recommendation

We enjoyed the food here.. dug in before pausing and remembering to take the pictures of the food. Pictured are - Mysore masala dosa, chili chicken dosa, butter chicken pizza, paneer tandoori burger with fries(the food was great but the fries are AMAZING).. they have a few tables if you choose the dine-in, def give this place a try if you are looking for indian fusion foods!
